Your orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

For pre-order items, processing and shipping will occur 7 to 10 business days after the release.

Please note that there may be delays depending on the volume of pre-order sales.

If your order includes pre-order items, all items will be shipped together after the release of the pre-order item. Further details will be available on the website and social media accounts.

A flat AED 15 is available for all orders within the city limits. Extra charges may apply for remote or outskirt areas. At the moment, we only deliver within the UAE.

Please note, that we do not ship inside military areas and APO/DPO. PO Box will be considered bad address.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order. If there are any errors in the delivery information you provided, please inform us via direct message or email before we dispatch your order, and we will help you make the necessary changes.

Upon placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you automatically. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number. You can track your shipments through our website.

All items will be meticulously packed with bubble wrap and cardboard (for photocards), and fragile items will be shipped in a box. We suggest creating an unboxing video as evidence in the event of any damage upon receiving the item. While we handle all items with great care and attention, Unnie23 cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss unless there is evidence to the contrary.

Our products are delivered in a sealed condition, and any internal damages should be discussed directly with the manufacturer, as we do not have control over this. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any missing inclusions.

No extra import charges are necessary upon delivery.

The accepted payment methods include debit or credit card through PayPal and bank transfer. For bank transfers, we kindly advise you to please reach us out by direct messaging us thru our Instagram account or send us an email at unniedulset@gmail.com

If the payment fails during checkout, please contact us right away via email at unniedulset@gmail.com or send us a direct message on our Instagram account Udulset, and we will provide assistance.

We acknowledge that you may have change of mind, therefore, we allow a 24-hour window for order cancellations from the time of purchase. However, once an order is prepared for delivery, cancellation is no longer feasible.

All of our products are guaranteed to be 100% official and authentic, and are directly imported from South Korea.
